What is a Custom Queue Greeting?

Custom queues only come into play when the queue is high and your Jills are not able to grab the call immediately when it comes in.

We have a universal queue greeting your customers will hear before our LIVE friendly receptionists handle the call, if they give you a ring during moments of heavy call volume

We offer a custom queue option for all of our clients who want to provide addition company specific information while they are waiting. Custom queues can include music or messages selected by the company. Here are some examples to give you some inspiration for your custom queue message.

How Can I Set Up My Custom Queue Message

You have two easy options for setting up a custom queue:

Record it yourself and send to your account manager.

You may record your file however your feel comfortable. Record the custom queue and send the file to your designated account manager.

Write a script and let us record it for you.

If you would rather have our friendly voice greeting your customers in your custom queue simply provide a script of what you would like the message to say and we can set that up for you. Simply sent your script to your dedicated account manager and we will record your custom message for you.
